Transitioning Physical Security to the Cloud: Building on VerkadaOne | ATX’23
Over the past seven years, Verkada has pioneered an industry transition to the cloud through its seamless security platform. Today, over 20,000 leading organizations use one or more of Verkada’s product lines to secure their facilities, streamline investigations, improve safety, and enhance building efficiency and the quality of daily operations.
Verkada’s annual technology conference, VerkadaOne, is designed to bring the people transforming the physical security industry together to provide hands-on experience with the newest products and help pave the discussion on how to better protect their people and property. Last May, nearly 1,000 customers, partners, and Verkada leaders attended the inaugural conference hosted at the Fairmont in Austin. We were amazed by how the event brought the latest innovations to life in entirely new ways.
Building on last year's success, we're excited to announce VerkadaOne 2024. To accommodate the growing interest, we're moving to the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, and we will feature a broader spectrum of industry topics, customer panels, and insights into the latest physical security technology. The event will be September 17th-19th. We'll announce the full agenda on May 1, 2024, but you can get a glimpse of what to expect below.
Built for Innovators
VerkadaOne 2024 is a technology and innovation exposition focused on creating smarter, safer buildings. We're crafting this year's event to help you unpack and explore exactly what's driving innovation and what it means for your organization.
VerkadaOne's technical breakout sessions will showcase product speakers providing an in-depth look at cutting-edge engineering innovations – including many often overlooked by non-technical audiences. The sessions will delve into new feature updates that incorporate AI and edge computing as well as investments Verkada is making in cybersecurity and platform integrations.
At VerkadaOne, we'll share the latest product line announcements and updates to Command, Verkada’s intuitive cloud-managed platform. VerkadaOne is still nine months away, but we're already excited about the roadmap we have on deck for the event.
Finally, attendees can join product design and innovation labs hosted by Verkada’s product, engineering, and industrial design teams. These labs provide attendees with hands-on experience to explore all the new technologies used to create smarter, safer buildings so they can improve their end-to-end solutions.

The cloud is transforming physical security technology and redefining what's possible through new technologies, processes, and ideas. VerkadaOne is geared toward everyone involved in this transformation, including professionals from IT, security, operations, business, EHS and more. In addition to going behind the scenes of the latest cloud-managed physical security technology, VerkadaOne will also facilitate insights and dialogue to tackle some of the most critical questions practitioners face today:

Beyond bringing an exclusive group together in person, VerkadaOne 2024 will also offer countless networking opportunities and social activities. At VerkadaOne | ATX’23 we hosted a concert with Cole Swindell and lunch with brisket-whisperer Aaron Franklin. We also featured timeless leadership and security lessons from Admiral William H. McRaven, #1 New York Times bestselling author of Make Your Bed and Sea Stories: My Life in Special Operations. We can’t wait to announce all the fun activities, music, and dining we have on deck for VerkadaOne 2024!
