Verkada’s new A&E division is bringing hybrid-cloud smart building solutions to the new construction market

The integration of technology solutions into the built environment has transformed the ways that everyone from real estate developers and contractors to end users think about physical spaces. To better meet the needs of the developers, contractors and technology partners who are building the physical spaces of the future, we’ve launched a dedicated A&E division to partner on projects during design so that the best security and management solutions are part of the build from the beginning. Our new A&E Partner program will empower and support all project stakeholders through planning and design, construction and implementation; and extend through the course of day-to-day business as we continue to add new features and capabilities to our platform. 

An extension of your team

Verkada’s feature-rich, easy-to-use platform is a coveted security and management solution for office buildings, retail stores, schools, healthcare facilities and more. Verkada’s A&E Partners will have access to our dedicated team and an evolving library of design resources to support clients from conceptual planning and design stages through construction and operations. Those resources include: CSI Division 28 technical specifications, CAD files, BIM/Revit files, design specific product data sheets, news and product design tools, and more. 

In addition to these technical resources, the Verkada A&E Division is composed of experienced security, construction and development professionals that will partner with new construction partners on projects. For new construction professionals, Verkada’s team can enable design efforts with recommended device specifications and layouts, pricing and connections with top integration partners. We’ll also work with our supply chain teams to ensure all devices are available when needed.
