Introducing Verkada Workplace: All-in-One Visitor and Mailroom Management

We’re excited to announce that we are combining Verkada’s visitor management product and mailroom management products into a single Verkada Workplace solution. This makes it easier and more affordable for organizations to enjoy the combined benefits of both products, including streamlined admin workflows and increased building, people, and package security.

All Verkada customers who have already purchased either Verkada Guest or Mailroom will now have access to the complete Workplace suite with both products, for no additional cost.

Verkada Workplace is now available for $300 (MSRP) per site, per month.

Verkada Guest: Streamline Visitor Management While Strengthening Security

Verkada Guest is a visitor management system that provides guests with a seamless experience from arrival to departure, while also strengthening building security.

Visitors can enjoy a welcoming and seamless experience with features like touchless check–in, simple document signing and automatic host notifications. Color badge printing and optional background checks give organizations added peace of mind that they know who is in their buildings.

Built on the Verkada Command platform, Guest also natively integrates with Verkada’s video security and access control products, allowing admins to review video of visitor activity and remotely unlock doors for specific guests. 

Verkada Mailroom: Streamline Mailroom Operations

Verkada Mailroom helps customers manage and control the flow of deliveries across all of their facilities so that inventory, supplies and deliveries get to the right people at the right time. Mailroom lets businesses, schools, healthcare facilities, and more efficiently keep track of the mail, packages and shipments coming to their facilities, helping mailroom staff get time back and employees get their packages without having to worry about missing something important.

With native camera integrations, Mailroom users can also see video footage of their package being delivered, or use camera footage to help track down a package that was misplaced or stolen.
