We’re excited to officially kick off our new Verkada Partner Program this year as we continue to improve the experience for our customers and our partners. 

Partner Recognition

Our Partner Program rewards partners that deliver consistently high technical service to our shared customers across the globe. Starting today, Verkada partners are now recognized by Membership Levels. Each level has benefits and requirements that are designed to provide an exceptional experience for our customers.

Partner Locator

Finding the right partner can be a time-consuming process. To make it easy to find the partner best suited for a project, we’ve launched a Partner Locator tool that enables you to search and filter for potential partners by Membership Level, service region, and technical expertise (i.e. Verkada certifications, designations). Verkada Sales Professional Training

Our partners are an extension of our team, and we know that they’re most successful when they have access to the latest tools and resources. We’re launching a Verkada Sales Professional (VSP) training designed to help build knowledge across Verkada’s sales process, product suite, and account management. The introductory course, VSP Foundations, is a free, self-paced training that is available via our Partner Portal. We will continue to expand VSP content and course offerings over the course of the next year. 

Verkada Premier Services Network

We know that the product installation experience shapes overall satisfaction with a Verkada purchase.  However, finding an excellent installation provider can be challenging, especially if you have sites across the country and globe. Our new Verkada Premier Services Network (VPSN), a collection of trusted partners who install and service Verkada products (as primary partners or subcontractors) in their coverage area, takes the guesswork out of finding an installer. Verkada Premier Services Network partners undergo a rigorous internal review process that ensures they provide the highest level of design, installation and service capabilities across Verkada’s products and platform. Robust Customer Feedback Loop

Verkada gathers quantitative and qualitative feedback from you about the overall purchase experience after an installation is complete. As part of the new program, we will now be sharing your feedback with our partners so that together, we can constantly improve our overall service.
