Expanding the Bullet Series With New Telephoto Options

In June, we launched the Bullet Series, our newest line of hybrid cloud security cameras. With a highly-durable exterior, CNC machined aluminum body, and hermetically sealed lens assembly, the Bullet Series has quickly become a favorite for outdoor deployments.

Today, we’re expanding this popular line with the addition of the new CB51-TE and CB61-TE telephoto options. Both models carry the same defining durable characteristics of our wide lens bullet cameras while adding greater zoom capabilities for stunning image quality at a greater distance.

Unprecedented Detail

With a focal length of 8-20mm (compared to 2.8-8mm for wide angle models), the telephoto models in our Bullet Series combine high image resolution with the greatest focal length across our line of enterprise hybrid cloud cameras, allowing users to see more detail than ever before.

The Telephoto models are ideal for customers needing visibility at significant distances from the camera, such as parking lot entrances and exits.

For low-light conditions, each telephoto bullet camera is equipped with powerful, long-range isolated IR illuminators for visibility up to 50 meters, the longest IR range across all Verkada cameras.

All-in-One Security

Like the other enterprise cameras across our Dome, Mini and Fisheye Series, the new telephoto options in our Bullet Series are built for ease-of-use without sacrificing performance or reliability. Each camera carries onboard analytics driven by a powerful Ambarella chipset, supporting Verkada’s People and Vehicle Analytics for near real-time advanced insights. The Bullet Series also comes equipped with built-in storage for retaining continuous footage up to 365 days.
