Verkada Closes Series D With $305M in Funding

We have secured an additional $100M in capital for our Series D fundraise. This funding was led by Alkeon Capital, with additional investment from Lightspeed Venture Partners and others, bringing the total capital raised in the round to $305M.
This fresh infusion of capital will further support our ambitious expansion plans as we continue to enhance our current offering and develop new products and features with a growing global team.
Being approached by investors Alkeon and Lightspeed to join our Series D is further validation that our now 20,000 customers love what we're building. Whether it's enabling retailers like Canada Goose to reduce operational inefficiencies or schools like Durham College to establish dynamic emergency response plans, Verkada's integrated platform is more important and needed than ever.
