By consolidating workforce devices and technology access, Apollo Care has significantly enhanced operational efficiency, communication, and resident care quality.
The Challenge
IT Integrity partnered with Apollo Care to address the complexity of their existing systems. Frontline teams relied on multiple physical devices and isolated processes, leading to inefficiencies and fragmented workflows. The goal was to develop a streamlined solution to consolidate physical tools, simplify system access, and facilitate efficient data dissemination and communication.
IT Integrity identified key areas for improvement:

Why Verkada?
After evaluating various solutions, IT Integrity introduced Verkada to Apollo Care’s ecosystem for its innovative and integrated capabilities. By adopting the all-in-one physical solutions, the organisation can better protect people and places in a privacy-sensitive manner.

The ecosystem consolidated physical tools, logins, and processes – streamlining data entry and enhancing efficiency. It also facilitated training and adoption, fostering change momentum and leading to widespread embrace by the team.
Results in Action
PresCare Groundwater Lodge in Queensland piloted the ecosystem since mid-2023, showing impressive results in staff performance and resident outcomes.
“Every frontline worker carries a ruggedized mobile device offering a consolidated set of frontline tools connecting them to clinical and quality systems, technology platforms, team members, and residents,” explains Residential Service Manager Jinto George. “Workers have immediate access to every resident’s care plan and tasks are performed with the resident at the point of care.”
